Lead follow-up agent

Starts when: A new request comes in from your website form, your Facebook Page messages, or a reply to your missed-call text.
What it does: Replies within minutes, asks up to three questions you choose (like the address and what’s wrong), then books the visit on your calendar inside the hours you set, or texts you a short summary so you can call back. If the lead goes quiet, it sends one nudge the next day and one on day three, then stops.
What it never does: Quote a price that isn’t on your price list, promise a time outside your calendar rules, or keep messaging someone who says stop.
Why it pays: A lead that hears back in five minutes is far more likely to book than one that hears back tomorrow.

Quote & estimate drafter

Starts when: A customer sends a quote request through a photo quote form or to your quotes email.
What it does: Reads the request and the photos, matches the job to your price sheet, and drafts an itemized estimate in your format. You get a text with the draft. One tap approves and sends it, or you edit it first.
What it never does: Send a price without your approval. Photos can’t show everything, so the final number is always yours.
What we need from you: Your price sheet. A spreadsheet is ideal, but a photo of your price list works; we’ll set it up.

Inbox + admin agent

Starts when: Email arrives, an appointment is coming up, or an invoice goes unpaid.
What it does: Sorts your business email into Leads, Customers, Bills, and Junk; drafts replies for you to review; sends appointment reminders the day before; and sends polite payment reminders at 7, 14, and 30 days.
What it never does: Send a reply you haven’t approved (beyond the reminder messages you sign off on at setup), or touch money. It can remind; it can’t charge.
Works with: Gmail or Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks Online, Square, or a spreadsheet for invoices. We confirm yours in the written scope.

Review + rebooking agent

Starts when: A job is marked done: a paid invoice, a calendar entry, or a row in your spreadsheet.
What it does: Sends a thank-you that day, your Google review link the next day, and one reminder a few days later. Months later, it sends a “time for your next service” message on the schedule you set, like a yearly furnace tune-up or spring gutter cleaning.
What it never does: Filter out unhappy customers. Everyone gets the same review link, because Google’s rules and the FTC’s rules ban hiding bad reviews.
Note: Includes everything in our review engine setup, so you don’t need both.

Monday owner report

Starts when: Every Monday morning.
What it does: One text or email with last week’s new leads, jobs booked, new reviews, unpaid invoices, missed calls, and anything that needs you.
What it never does: Act on anything. It only reports.

Old-estimate follow-up

What it does: Sends one polite check-in, and one more at 45 days, then stops for good.
What it never does: Text someone who hasn’t texted you or agreed to texts. For everyone else it uses email.
Why it pays: One revived $1,000 job covers it twice.

1It runs on your accounts, in your name. You pay the tools directly and we never mark them up. If you stop working with us, the agent keeps running.
2Anything involving a price, a promise, or money waits for your OK.
3You get a written scope before we build: what starts it, what it’s allowed to do, and what it never does.
4Every action is logged where you can see it, and you control the off switch.
5It only gets access to the accounts it needs, and you can take that access back any time.
6Texts only go to people who contacted you or agreed to texts, and replying STOP always works.
7AI makes mistakes. We test it with real examples before launch and fix anything that’s wrong for 30 days, free.

What you’ll actually pay.

Our build fee: One time, per agent. Fixed before we start.
Your tools: About $25–$55/mo total for the automation and AI accounts, in your name and paid by you. One account covers all your agents. Texting adds about $20–$60/mo if an agent texts.
Upkeep: Optional, $75/mo per agent, after 30 free days of fixes. Without it, fixes are $75/hr.

Example: a Lead follow-up agent is $750 once, plus about $45–$115/mo in tools paid to the providers if it texts. Add upkeep and it’s $75/mo more. That’s the whole bill.

Business texting needs a one-time carrier registration. The fee is small, but approval can take one to three weeks, so we start it on day one.

Custom AI agent: from $1,000

If it’s repetitive and it happens on a screen, an agent can probably do it. Custom agents start at $1,000, with a written scope and one fixed quote before any work starts. A few we can build:

Questions worth asking

Will this replace the person who answers my phone?

No. It handles the repetitive follow-up, so you or your staff can spend the time on the actual jobs.

What if it says something wrong?

It works only from the answers, prices, and rules you give it, and anything involving a price or a promise waits for you. If it gets something wrong, we fix it free for the first 30 days, then under upkeep or at $75/hr.

Who owns it?

You do. The automation account, the AI account, and your data are all in your name. If you leave, the agent keeps working, and we hand over plain-language notes on how it’s built.

Is my customer data used to train AI?

We connect your agents through business API accounts, which by default don’t use your data to train AI models. The agent only gets access to the accounts it needs.

How long does it take?

One to two weeks per agent once we have access to your accounts. Texting approval can add a week or two, so we start it first.

Do nonprofits and churches get a discount?

Yes. 15% off the build fee, the same as our other one-time work. Upkeep and tool costs stay the same.
